Interview Report; Are Motorcycle helmets safe?

Along with the Q-A process, the report should present a summary of the conversation with a theme the questions generated. You should have learned something from the interview.

Report Length: 1000 words, Double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12pt Font
Report Structure: APA Format in 4 sections: Background, Method, Result, Conclusion.

BACKGROUND: This states the why/purpose of your interview, who, what you hope to learn, and any preconceived notions you may have.
METHODS: The Q-A process and whether Face-to-face (+ where), or e-mail, or phone.
RESULTS: The information that the interview generated. Facts, just the facts. You must extract this from the answers given.
CONCLUSION: Review the answers and state….What did you learn from the conversation? Were preconceived ideas confirmed or not? How will this add/fit-in to your Final Project?
